We supply our products to the Judo Federation of Russia, the National Judo Union, the Moscow Judo Federation, the All-Russian Sambo Federation, the Moscow Committee of Physical Culture and Sports, the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of Dagestan, Alania and Tatarstan, and many other sport organizations all over Russia and the former Soviet republics. Our tatami, wrestling mats and boxing rings have been used in many competitions such as The International competitions in Graeco-Roman wrestling in Krasnoyarsk and in free-style wrestling in Makhachkala, Vladikavkaz, The Interregional Judo competitions in Irkutsk, Ufa, The International Youth Boxing tournament, the First International Youth Sambo tournament for the prize of President Putin in Moscow, and many others.
We produce for beginners and masters of sports. We deliver our products to sport schools and clubs for children and youth, they use our mats in student groups, in special training groups in Force ministries, and, of course, professionals use our mats in training and competitions.
As a sponsor we support the Moscow Judo Federation in the context of the Sport development program for kids.
Along with the production of sport industry equipment we develop actively other application areas of second foamed foam rubber (secondary raw material).
We manufacture out of second foamed foam rubber the following articles for furniture production:

• soft furniture elements (profiles, headrests, elbow-rests);
• medical and orthopedic mattresses;
• office furniture elements;
• fitting out of presses used in production of wood veneer elements for case furniture.

Second foamed foam rubber is also used for sound insulation and thermal protection on transport.


Our secondary raw material in packaging industry
Second foamed foam rubber (secondary raw material) can be also used for production of shock-absorbing elements (such as special stripes for preventing glass and mirror from breaking while being transported). This material is used for wrapping of expensive, massive goods. Europallets are sometimes covered by sheets made of second foamed foam rubber.
Our company manufactures padding materials for different floor types (linoleum, parquet, carpeting) used in building and complete overhaul of apartment houses.

Another important direction of our activity is production of PVC fabric. We use this fabric in production of wrestling mats and boxing ring coverings.

Second foamed foam rubber is a modern polymeric material with an open-pored structure and a density of 100-240 kg/m3. It is manufactured in the form of rectangular blocks with the dimensions of 100 x 200 x 50 cm. Out of these blocks we can cut then sheets with the thickness beginning from 5 mm or details of any shape.
